I like this mission stuff.

Oh, but I do! All of my friends are getting their calls and nothing makes me happier. Especially my best friend, who opens his call on Friday. I'm pretty sure I'm more excited about it than he is. When I saw it sitting up there on his mantle, the golden bow on it glistening, I ran up to it, grabbed it, and tried to make a run for it because I'm SO anxious to know where he's going. Thank you. I know I'm immature.

And you know what else? Brother comes home in 28 days, 16 hours, 39 minutes and 39 seconds. 38. 37. 36....

I'm just happy. The gospel is true. Nothing else to it.

  1. I concur, missions are the greatest things. Good luck to Greg! Don't forget to tell me where he goes. I can't wait to see Jared again; it's so soon! Weird that you know the seconds though...

Can you believe that James' is gonna be heading out possibly this year? I have too many brothers, idk if I can handle all this missing. But wait you're right, it's good stuff. I hope it's not too hard saying goodbye again and again:( let me know if you ever need some lovin'.

    Today I:
Finally got my school ID card. For once I actually like my picture; I look tan and carefree.
Sang a Jack Johnson song at the open mic night at Surfin' Tacos. It's a Cafe Rio wanna be restaurant. Terrible food. Outrageous prices. Good company. Made some new friends, and possibly a new tradition. I love singing at those kinds of things, can we do it together some time??
